About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our new development in West Kirby. As a key member of our Construction team, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the construction cycle, including health and safety, trades, and material coordination
  • Ensure the development is built to Company and NHBC standards
  • Lead a team of site staff and coordinate with external suppliers and specialists
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring the project is delivered within budget
Requirements
  • Black or white CSCS card
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme
  • Sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and First Aid at Work
  • Assertive and calm under pressure, with excellent communication and influencing skills
