We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. in the Northern region. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in overseeing the construction of our development in West Kirby, Wirral.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Site Manager in managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety, trades, and material coordination.
- Support the Site Manager in ensuring the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
- Assist in managing site presentation, cost control, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Play a key role in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Retirement Living's desirable developments.
- Relevant previous site experience gained building Residential Apartments and New Homes.
- Qualified First Aider at Work and may have progressed from a trade background.
- CSCS Card and NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
- Assertive and calm under pressure to meet numerous construction deadlines.
- Valid UK driver's license.
