About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to lead our technical teams in delivering high-quality sports content to our audiences. As a Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical workflows, from production to broadcast.

You will work closely with our production teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues, and implement new technologies and workflows to improve our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical teams to deliver high-quality sports content
  • Ensure the smooth operation of technical workflows
  • Identify and resolve technical issues
  • Implement new technologies and workflows
  • Collaborate with production teams, engineers, and other stakeholders
What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience in technical management, preferably in a sports broadcasting environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of broadcast technology, including remote production and HDR
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
