Job Title: Senior Care Worker

We are a leading provider of executive head injury specialist care services to private clients in their own homes. Our team of experienced care professionals is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide holiday cover for our clients and assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation and household chores.
  • Offer person-centered care, promoting independence and well-being, and creating a positive experience for our clients.
  • Assist with medication administration, as needed, and provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client needs.
Requirements:
  • Be kind, listen, and have excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Be proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable, but not essential. We offer training and mentorship to support your development.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
  • Competitive pay rates up to £15-£17 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
