Job Title: Senior Care Worker

We are a leading provider of executive head injury specialist care services to private clients, adults in need of support in their own homes. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in East Sussex and Kent.

About the Role:

As a Senior Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping our clients with daily tasks, promoting independence and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing holiday cover for our clients
  • Assisting with medication administration, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Offering emotional support, a listening service, and companionship
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable, but not essential
  • U.K. driving licence
  • Competitive pay rates up to £15 to £17 per hour based on experience and qualifications
