Job Title: Senior Care Worker

We are a leading provider of executive head injury specialist care services to private clients in East Sussex and Kent. Our team of experienced care workers provides high-quality support to adults in need of rehabilitation in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide holiday cover for our clients and assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, household chores, and medication administration.
  • Offer person-centered care, promoting independence and well-being, and creating a positive experience for our clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client needs using our mobile app.
Requirements:
  • Be kind, listen, and have excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to care provision.
  • Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable, but not essential. We offer training and mentorship to support your development.
  • U.K. driving license and a competitive pay rate of up to £15-£17 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
