Position Summary: We are currently seeking a permanent Sales Account Specialist to enhance our dynamic team.
Work Environment: This position is entirely office-based, and candidates must reside in the surrounding area to be eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in outbound communication with potential clients, fostering new relationships.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives while extracting relevant data from our ordering systems.
- Maintain and update our CRM database to reflect accurate client information.
- Establish and cultivate long-term partnerships with trade clients.
- Create new trade accounts within our ordering system.
- Collaborate closely with a small sales team and participate in regular sales meetings.
- Receive comprehensive technical and product training to enhance your expertise.
- Utilize Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
Qualifications: A background in telephone sales is essential, and while experience in security systems is advantageous, training will be provided.
