Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic catering team as a Food Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our corporate colleagues, clients, and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist in daily food preparation tasks, serving up our mouth-watering menus to our customers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of food service areas, including the dining area and kitchen facilities, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations, working effectively as a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers.
