Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Skills Tutor to join our team. As a Digital Skills Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital skills training to adults, focusing on sustainability and digital literacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and effective digital skills training programs for adults, incorporating sustainability and digital literacy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop training plans to meet the needs of learners and employers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in digital skills training and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in digital skills training, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Experience in delivering digital skills training to adults, preferably in a vocational or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of learners and employers.
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of learners and employers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
