Empowering Adult Learners with Digital Skills

TTP Recruitment is partnering with a community charity to recruit a Digital Skills Tutor who can deliver high-quality digital skills sessions in a supportive and engaging environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching adult learners in digital or ICT skills and a strong understanding of community-focused work and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging digital skills sessions in line with the curriculum and learner needs.
  • Adapt teaching methods to support learners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Provide individualised support to learners, addressing their unique challenges.
  • Monitor and track learner progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
