About the Role

Pinsent Masons is seeking a highly skilled Digital Skills Coach to join our Technology Services department. As a key member of our Digital Skills Team, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering instructor-led training and on-demand digital content to support the firm's digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs for Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies, as well as other digital skills.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the firm's technology infrastructure and systems.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Skills Manager to identify training needs and develop strategic plans to address them.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to trainees, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering instructor-led training and designing on-demand courses.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies, as well as other digital skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Desirable: Trainer qualification or certification, such as CIPD or MCT.
