This position is a contract role based on-site. Please be aware that it is a temporary engagement.



Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the inventory of hardware components, equipment, products, and other supplies.
2. Identify and acquire new equipment, spare parts, and supplies.
3. Ensure the availability of hardware components and equipment to meet organizational standards, proactively addressing potential shortages to minimize operational disruptions.
4. Organize lab spaces to maintain optimal layout, cleanliness, and care for all hardware, equipment, and components in accordance with company policies.

5. Implement and manage compliance with regulatory standards specific to lab equipment.

6. Maintain laboratory equipment (e.g., air compressors, water filters) to guarantee consistent lab operations with minimal interruptions.

7. Provide safety oversight for equipment and serve as a subject matter expert on the safe operation of hardware and equipment.

8. Train researchers, engineers, and other personnel on the proper use of equipment.

9. Execute new equipment and workcell designs, scheduling and optimizing the use of all associated hardware while preventing conflicts in equipment usage.

10. Schedule experiments and manage bug triage. Conduct experiments (hardware, software, system integration) in the lab, assisting with setup, execution, teardown, and documentation as required.
