Role Summary:

Introduction:

Indotronix Avani UK, a prominent entity in the aviation sector, is in search of an Aerospace Training Specialist. This role is pivotal in evaluating and addressing the training needs of both customers and technical personnel, with a strong emphasis on the creation of training content, setting objectives, and instructional design. The Specialist will oversee the development, execution, and assessment of technical training programs, while also establishing protocols for content identification and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. Furthermore, the Specialist will assist in proposal development through data gathering and will be accountable for executing training plans through observations, training sessions, and coaching to ensure uniformity in training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver extensive technical training to the client's Part 145 personnel, ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards.
  • Conduct all technical training aligned with organizational requirements.
  • Provide Continuation Training encompassing Human Factors (HF), Fuel Tank Safety (FTS), and Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) both theoretically and practically.
  • Design and continuously improve technical training modules.
  • Create detailed instructor resources, including course outlines, lesson plans, reference materials, instructional aids, and training tools.
  • Effectively conduct training through diverse methods, including classroom instruction, eLearning, and virtual platforms.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to meet organizational and operational needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Possession of a UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or a degree in Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent experience in aircraft technical training.
  • Understanding of EASA regulations.
  • Experience in aircraft engineering or within a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) setting.
  • Proven ability in coaching and mentoring others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines set by management.
  • Proficient in Office 365 applications.
  • Skilled in providing constructive feedback to management regarding compliance issues.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to effectively address challenges.
  • Holds a relevant professional training certification.
