Training Specialist

M∙A∙C & Bobbi Brown Travel Retail EMEA is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to enhance the skills of our team at Gatwick Airport.
This role involves a flexible schedule tailored to meet business demands, focusing on educating the team in essential service and artistry techniques while embodying the core values of M∙A∙C & Bobbi Brown.
The Training Specialist will allocate approximately 80% of their time to the training and development of M∙A∙C Artists, while the remaining 20% will be devoted to Bobbi Brown Artists.
Key responsibilities include driving sales performance by actively engaging on the counters, exemplifying superior product knowledge, makeup artistry, and customer service, all while adhering to hygiene standards.
Additionally, the Training Specialist will support various core training sessions and workshops as needed and may participate in retail and special events.
Ideal candidates should possess comprehensive makeup training and retail experience with M∙A∙C/Bobbi Brown, preferably in an airport retail setting.
Previous M∙A∙C Retail Artists should have successfully completed the initial four Retail Certification skills:
- Verbal Skill Certification (TR ONLY)
- MU 10 Certification
- MU Application 20 Certification
- False Lash Application
Working in Travel Retail demands a proactive, adaptable, and hands-on attitude, and candidates should be committed to excellence.
Fluency in English is required, and candidates must be based in the UK near Gatwick Airport. Note that no relocation package or company visa sponsorship is available.
Occasional travel for meetings and conferences may be necessary, and applicants must hold a valid driving license.
