About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Safety Assessment Specialist to join our team at targetjobs Hired. As a key member of our Nuclear Safety assessment area, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the risk and consequences of design, engineering, and operational failures
  • Model accident scenarios and identify controls to prevent them
  • Develop safety assessments and justifications in line with relevant legislation, industry standards, and company policies
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of people at various levels within the company, including operators, facility management, engineers, and regulators
