Job Title: Principal Configuration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Configuration Engineer to join our team at CBSbutler. As a key player in Aerospace, Defence and Security, we require an individual with expertise in Configuration Management and Digital Engineering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Core Capability and Configuration stream, driving a proactive approach to Configuration and Data Management into Digital Engineering Projects. They will also support the Leonardo UK team in encouraging new ideas and innovative solutions into the Integrate Project Team and the Line of Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a pro-active approach to C&DM into Digital Engineering Projects
  • Support the Leonardo UK team in encouraging new ideas and innovative solutions
  • Cultivate and manage working relationships with multiple vendors/partners
  • Define and develop technical roadmaps for CC&C aligned with the Digital Engineering Strategy

Requirements:

  • HNC or equivalent in Engineering or equivalent discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in leading PLM transformation programs
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in deploying industry-standard PLM tools
