Position Overview: We are seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the design and implementation of structural projects across various sectors, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering comprehensive design solutions, conducting inspections, and providing construction site support for significant infrastructure initiatives.
  • Conducting concept and feasibility assessments for multidisciplinary design projects.
  • Utilizing advanced engineering software such as Tekla, IDEA StatiCA, and TEDDS for analysis and design, alongside performing manual calculations.
  • Preparing essential documentation including calculations, CDM activities, Basis of Design, Material Specifications, Scopes of Work, and Technical reports.
  • Coordinating inter-discipline design efforts and supervising project execution.
  • Mentoring and supporting team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing structures using reinforced concrete and steel.
  • Familiarity with seismic, dynamic, and extreme environmental loading is advantageous, along with experience in BIM software.
