Join a dynamic team of Chartered, mid-level, and graduate engineers in the Structures Division at Winner Recruitment, where we are looking for a highly driven and committed Junior Structural Engineer to assist the Structures Team.


The ideal candidate will possess solid experience across a diverse range of Structural Engineering projects, having engaged with intricate and demanding structural designs from initial concept through to final execution.

We specialize in Engineering Consultancy, which requires innovative solutions to complex and challenging schemes across a wide array of projects.

Requirements include a minimum 2:1 BSc/BEng in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in civil and structural engineering. A full UK driving license and personal transport are necessary.
Responsibilities will involve attending design, project progress, and client engagement meetings, liaising with contractors, clients, third-party organizations, and stakeholders, and addressing queries related to technical detailing.
Design responsibilities will encompass all forms of construction, including steelwork, reinforced/precast concrete, masonry, and timber, as well as conducting structural assessments of commercial, industrial, and residential structures.
Project management duties will include overseeing project costs and timelines, producing sketches, drawings, and structural appraisal reports, and supervising CAD/Revit technicians and junior engineers on technical/construction details while performing quality assurance reviews.
