Job Title: Performance Test Architect

FalconSmartIT is seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Architect to join our team.

Job Type: Permanent / Contract Inside IR35

Job Location: London, UK

Insurance Domain experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will own all service offerings involving Performance Testing and Performance Monitoring using APM tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing performance testing strategies and roadmaps
  • Designing and implementing performance testing frameworks and tools
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure performance testing is integrated into the development lifecycle
  • Providing expert-level guidance on performance testing and monitoring best practices
  • Leading the development and implementation of performance testing tools and scripts
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 14-18 years of experience in IT with at least 10 years' experience in Performance Testing & engineering
  • Experience in test consulting and strategy using LoadRunner, NeoLoad and Open Source (JMeter) tools for performance testing and engineering
  • Proficient in NFT process including Security, Accessibility, Operational Acceptance testing
  • Strong expertise in Performance Test frameworks and implementation processes
  • Knowledge in CICD solutions such as Jenkins, GitHub actions
  • Experience working with GitHub
  • Strong knowledge on profilers, APM monitoring & log analytics tools like dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Jprofiler, Splunk, Cloud native analytics tools etc.
  • Excellent decision maker with strong performance architect level knowledge on both technology and infrastructure
  • Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
