About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Architect to join our team at ITL UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing test automation frameworks for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation testing frameworks for various technology stacks using BDD, Java/Cucumber, or.Net/Specflow, Playwright, and Selenium.
- Develop fit-for-purpose test solutions, control and maintain quality standards, and drive selection and usage of appropriate test tools.
- Define and manage automation test strategies for large transformations and modernization programs.
- Work with Technical Architects, Developers, and Scrum Masters to propose and implement test automation solutions for applications undergoing transformation.
- Maintain backlogs, tasks, test reports in Azure DevOps tool and participate in daily stand-ups.
- Ensure best testing practices are applied for testing the application under test.
- Manage defects and escalations via daily defect triage process.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of extensive test automation design experience.
- Expertise in automation testing framework design, automation test strategy, execution analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in working on RFPs to propose different types of testing solutions to clients.
- Strong stakeholder management skills for leading demos with business for their testing needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in designing, creating, and maintaining automation frameworks at different application layers such as front end, API, and back end.
- Experience in working on energy trading applications.
