Position Overview

Senior Automation Engineer

As a Senior Automation Engineer at Tiger Resourcing Group, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, contributing to the execution of innovative automation projects and significantly impacting our operational success.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the chance to:

· Collaborate with and lead a project team in executing advanced automation initiatives. Generate critical project documentation throughout the lifecycle, from technical specifications to final commissioning reports.

· Independently design software and testing protocols within project timelines, ensuring a productive and enjoyable work environment.

· Mentor and guide junior engineers within the organization, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.

· Engage with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, actively participating in design discussions and effectively managing your time and workload to meet project objectives.

· Participate in project development, commissioning, and troubleshooting both in-house and on-site, with opportunities for exciting project assignments in diverse locations.

Essential Skills

To excel in this position, you will need:

o Demonstrated experience in developing PLC and SCADA software for various leading manufacturers.

o Strong understanding of communication protocols, troubleshooting, and network configurations.

o Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with the ability to produce high-quality written documentation.

o Experience in automation and control projects across multiple sectors.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of managing time and organizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

We seek candidates who possess:

· A graduate-level education with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in process control, safety, or automation systems/applications.
