About the Role:

  • Provide impeccable service to guests, showcasing your knowledge of our menu and wine offerings.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Sommelier to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of dishes.
  • Maintain high standards of dish quality and address any guest concerns with poise and professionalism.
  • Assist in training and supporting junior staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient service team.
  • Supervise the accurate entry of food and beverage orders into our POS system, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are properly noted.
