Job Title: Chef De Rang

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Rang to join our team at Crazy Bear Beaconsfield. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Welcome and assist guests, providing in-depth explanations of the menu and wine options.
  • Menu Knowledge: Gain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and drinks.
  • Section Management: Oversee the organisation of your section's table setup and service procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Sommelier to ensure timely and precise service.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of dish quality and quickly address any guest concerns.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training and supporting junior staff as required.
  • Order Management: Supervise the accurate entry of food and beverage orders into the POS system, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are properly noted.
