Role Summary:

We are in the process of establishing a dedicated Business Analyst function, which is a significant step forward in our operational strategy. This initiative has received full endorsement from our leadership team, highlighting the importance of this role in driving our business objectives.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a Business Analyst framework from the ground up, allowing for creativity and strategic thinking in shaping this essential function. This role offers a unique chance to influence and implement standards and processes that will support our growth.

You will collaborate closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) while engaging with various departments across the organization.

Initially, you will be involved in a range of projects, including the integration of workflow management tools and the development of a new global platform. Your contributions will span multiple business areas, providing a comprehensive experience.
