Adecco is collaborating with a prominent government entity in search of a Lead Business Analyst to become a vital member of their innovative Transformation Team.

This role presents an exceptional chance to engage in a significant transformation initiative and aid in enhancing their digital frameworks.


Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive business process diagrams to illustrate and document current workflows.
• Conduct thorough research, analysis, and evaluation of business operations to comprehend customer dynamics and variations across different sectors.
• Identify key stakeholders and their essential requirements.
• Document business and policy limitations.
• Recognize inefficiencies in existing workflows and suggest enhancements.
• Collaborate with the digital team to ensure smooth integration of new operational models.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Extensive experience with large, intricate systems that adhere to policy and regulatory standards.
• Exceptional skills in business process mapping.
• Previous participation in large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Proven capability to engage with senior stakeholders and prepare executive-level documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
