Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a dedicated and knowledgeable Sommelier to enhance our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting a remarkable wine experience for our patrons, utilizing your expertise in wine selection and pairing to elevate their dining journey. If you possess a profound understanding of wines, a discerning palate, and a passion for delivering outstanding service, we welcome you to lead our comprehensive wine program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests in selecting wines that perfectly complement their meals and personal tastes.
  • Share insights regarding various wine regions, grape varieties, and vintages.
  • Manage wine service and storage, ensuring optimal handling and presentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new wine releases, and emerging vineyards.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Sommelier in a high-end dining establishment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wines, wine regions, and production methods.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to create a unique and memorable wine experience for guests.
