Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Peter Street Kitchen, a high-end restaurant and bar located within our 5-star hotel. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving a range of premium cocktails, wines, and spirits, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve a range of high-end cocktails, wines, and spirits, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
  • Take orders correctly and present beverages elegantly to guests.
  • Ensure the specification of cocktails is adhered to at all times.
  • Record discrepancies such as spillages and breakages accurately to ensure stock checks are correct.
  • Deliver service standards in accordance with the company brand standards.
  • Be competent with IT applications such as OpenTable, Adecco, and Micros.

About You:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Bartender who has a passion for food and beverage, and a keen eye for detail. You will have previous experience working in a high-end liquor-led bar and cocktail operation, and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You will also have impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.
