Project Manager

Reactive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing approved sub-contractors to ensure health and safety is adhered to, monitoring live projects for Quality of work, cost, and programme implications, and attending project meetings to create regular progress reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Hold pre-start meetings with sub-contractors to ensure a smooth project execution.
- Liaise closely with the project QS and Site manager to ensure cost control and programme delivery.
- Manage approved sub-contractors to ensure health and safety is adhered to, and monitor live projects for Quality of work, cost, and programme implications.
- Attend project meetings and create regular progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Control and oversee the snag and de-snag of projects to ensure a high-quality finish.
- 3+ years of experience as a Contracts Manager in Fit-Out Projects.
- Commercial awareness to ensure the project is delivered as efficiently as possible.
- Experience with CDM Health & Safety and O&M Manuals.
- Able to travel to projects once a week.
