Swale Heating Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the day-to-day operations of installations. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for allocating installers to installation work, ensuring they are qualified and geographically located to meet customer needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Control and allocate work to a defined group of fitters, ensuring customers are informed and understand the next installation steps.
- Allocate work efficiently to maximize productivity and meet customer demands as directed by the Head of Installations.
- Drive business growth by achieving turnover targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure carpentry, electrical, and scaffolding are booked and resourced.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in the service industry, responsive repairs, gas, and social housing sector.
- Strong communication skills, including telephone and computer (Excel).
- Scheduling experience in a similar field.
- Demonstrable experience of planning and recording work, data entry, and closing off jobs when finished.
