Job Summary

The Business Development Associate - Relationship Management will play a vital role in supporting existing clients and contributing to business development efforts to attract new assets. This position involves working closely with the Business Development team to communicate with clients and prospect for new business, while also managing client deliverables and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare client communications and assist with complex client inquiries.
  • Coordinate client deliverables across departments throughout GCM Grosvenor.
  • Cultivate prospect relationships and drive global sales efforts.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of GCM's product offerings and investment strategies.
  • Provide analytical and research support for European market segments.
  • Communicate GCM Grosvenor's unique value proposition clearly.
  • Manage client data in Salesforce and analyze sales pipeline reports.
  • Contribute to the success of the Business Development team.
  • Assist with projects to enhance client service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience in alternative investments.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM solutions.
  • Proven track record in project management.
  • Desire to transition into a sales role.
  • Team player with high energy and discretion.
