Complaints Handler Job Description

Michelle Denny Recruitment is seeking a skilled Complaints Handler to join their team. As a Complaints Handler, you will be responsible for receiving and investigating customer complaints, providing prompt and accurate resolutions, and ensuring that issues are addressed effectively and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to customer complaints through various channels.
  • Analyse complaints thoroughly and liaise with multiple departments.
  • Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer complaints.
  • Record keeping effectively for correspondence with customers and departments.
  • Identify recurring issues or trends in customer complaints and provide feedback to relevant departments for process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to have challenging conversations internally and externally.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
