ATA Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Production Operative/Machine Operator to join our client's team in Birmingham. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for operating a wide range of production machinery and heavy machinery, as well as performing general production operative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of production machinery and heavy machinery, with training provided
- Perform general production operative duties, including labouring and cleaning across the site
- Uphold health and safety practices at all times
Requirements:
- Good understanding of safety procedures
- Labourer and Machine Operator experience in a busy manufacturing plant
- Reliable and good communication skills
- Desire and ability to learn and develop skills
- High work ethic and commitment to delivering results
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol test
