About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Hams Hall. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our site, ensuring that all operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with our company policies and regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily activities of the warehouse to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and achieve company goals
  • Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, to optimize operations
  • Lead and mentor the operations team to foster a productive and positive work environment
  • Create and monitor a culture of Health and Safety and Security at all times
  • Oversee training plans within the warehouse
  • Implement new business initiatives within the warehouse
  • Responsible for the utilization and maintenance of MHE and other equipment

Your Profile

We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills and experience in managing large teams. You will inspire and motivate your teams to achieve company goals and objectives. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
