We are seeking a highly skilled General Foreman to join our Construction team at MWH Treatment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe management of our construction sites in the West Midlands.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with the Site Manager to coordinate and control site set-up, installation of framework systems, and procedures.

* Implement and enforce methods and controls to optimize resource utilization and ensure effective project delivery.

* Conduct risk assessments and install security measures to protect company assets.

* Support the Site Manager in maintaining and enforcing safety standards, adhering to statutory requirements and company policies.

* Develop and implement method statements and risk assessments to ensure compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering projects safely and efficiently.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
