Job Title: Residential Worker

Service Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Worker to join our team. As a Residential Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a warm and welcoming environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of service users.
  • Work collaboratively with service users, their families, and other professionals to identify needs and develop individual care plans.
  • Contribute to the assessment, implementation, and review of individual care plans to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Liaise with other professionals and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
  • Be aware of and comply with statutory requirements, group policies, and equal opportunities procedures.
Essential Criteria:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, sleep-ins, and weekends.
  • Qualification in residential childcare or a related field.
