About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Graduate to join our Ecommerce team as an Amazon Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in the commercial side of the industry.

As an Amazon Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Amazon Lead in managing the business, including advertising, reporting, and commercial execution plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, providing regular feedback to the sales team, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Track sales, product ranking, searchability, keywords, and content for a specific set of bestselling products.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency.
  3. Provide regular feedback to the sales team and Amazon Lead on Amazon activity and performance.
  4. Relay competitor activity and other relevant information back to the Amazon Lead.
  5. Analyze sales in and sales out data for your product range and search terms.
  6. Implement corrective actions to ensure internal and external KPIs are consistently met.
  7. Forecast top products to ensure high levels of stock availability.
  8. Develop and maintain close communication and relationships across the business and with Amazon contacts.
  9. Enhance product awareness through Amazon Advertising while keeping within the advertising budget.
  10. Plan, negotiate, and implement promotional activity for your products throughout the year.
  11. Identify market gaps and propose new product ideas to expand market share.
