WW Demand Planning Manager, Amazon Shipping

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will own the medium-long term demand plans for our US business and be responsible for refreshing our demand plans, engaging with relevant stakeholders including sales/marketing/operations/network planning/finance and achieving leadership sign-off.

This role will be a key member of the WW Business Operations Team, responsible for driving strategic decision making and process optimization across the UK and international marketplaces through three pillars: i) Demand Planning, ii) Sales Operations, iii) Business Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Amazon Operation's medium and long-term strategic planning discussions (6 months to 5-year time horizon)
  2. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Network Planning teams to establish a consolidated demand plan in-line with our business planning cycles.
  3. Review deviations vs forecast to identify areas where our methodology could be revised/improved.
  4. Advise on the demand impact of new initiatives/products
  5. Support the business case for expansion into new areas where we have minimal historical data.
Requirements
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
