Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Latitude Recruitment. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of electrical products by conducting inspections and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections of electrical products to ensure conformance to quality plans
  • Perform electrical testing, including physical wiring checks and electrical testing (Hi-pot, Earth bonding, etc.)
  • Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for suppliers and internal departments
  • Act as a Quality representative to support business activities and departments as required

Requirements:

  • Previous production or mechanical experience
  • Experience with electrical working environments is advantageous but not essential
  • IT literacy (Word and Excel)
  • Highly motivated and self-starting, with a desire for career advancement

Working Hours and Pay:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30am to 4:45pm (with a 45-minute unpaid break)
  • £15 per hour once permanent
  • Overtime is dependent on demand, but would only be offered after successful probation
