Quality Control Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Latitude Recruitment. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of electrical products by conducting inspections and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of electrical products to ensure conformance to quality plans
- Perform electrical testing, including physical wiring checks and electrical testing (Hi-pot, Earth bonding, etc.)
- Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for suppliers and internal departments
- Act as a Quality representative to support business activities and departments as required
Requirements:
- Previous production or mechanical experience
- Experience with electrical working environments is advantageous but not essential
- IT literacy (Word and Excel)
- Highly motivated and self-starting, with a desire for career advancement
Working Hours and Pay:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am to 4:45pm (with a 45-minute unpaid break)
- £15 per hour once permanent
- Overtime is dependent on demand, but would only be offered after successful probation
