We are seeking a Senior Broadcast Producer to join our dynamic team at Liberty Global Europe Ltd. This role is pivotal in delivering compelling narratives that reflect our corporate strategy through various communication channels.

The Culture, Engagement and Communications (CEC) team is dedicated to crafting memorable event experiences that foster connections among leaders and employees throughout the Liberty Global family. As a Senior Broadcast Producer, you will oversee the comprehensive production of live and hybrid broadcast events that engage our global workforce, including:

  • Company-wide connection events (e.g., Town Halls)
  • Key Leadership gatherings (featuring the CEO and Executive Leadership Team)
  • Hybrid broadcast events
  • Global offsite meetings

This position also entails producing internal video content for dissemination across our network to enhance key communication initiatives as needed (e.g., promotional clips, event highlights).

Key Responsibilities

Collaboration with Business, Events, and Creative Teams

  • Direct the complete production process of live events, from setup to online broadcast operations and related technical platforms.
  • Manage the creation, setup, and execution of live broadcast events.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across the Liberty Global family, including the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Oversee audio and video quality for live events, coordinating with keynote speakers and external talent.
  • Lead camera and audio operations for live events, ensuring high-quality content delivery.
  • Manage technical aspects for hybrid and offsite events as required.
  • Execute complex event programming and play pre-produced assets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure high-quality event experiences.
  • Continuously innovate and enhance the format of live events to elevate engagement standards.
  • Produce video content for internal communications and events, managing all phases from planning to delivery.
  • Ensure meticulous organization and security of video files and assets.
  • Collaborate with the CEC team to align with brand experience objectives.
  • Engage in creative ideation to effectively communicate the Liberty Global narrative and support strategic priorities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements to introduce innovative solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with team members, suppliers, and business stakeholders, embodying our core values of agility, transparency, limitless potential, and unity.

Qualifications & Experience

Preferred Background

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Technical expertise in managing audio and video for live production and online broadcasts.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Teams live events.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects).
  • Familiarity with camera, lighting, and sound equipment.
  • Experience collaborating with speakers, executives, and leadership teams.
  • History of working with industry suppliers and specialists.
  • Proven ability to meet high standards under tight deadlines.
