We are seeking a dedicated professional to become a vital part of our pharmacy education and training team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the creation, implementation, and management of educational initiatives for pharmacy support personnel, pre-registration trainee pharmacy technicians, and post-registration pharmacy technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacy technicians.
  • Provide mentorship and support to trainees throughout their educational journey.

Applicants should possess prior experience in primary care, hospital, or community pharmacy environments and must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). An assessor qualification recognized by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) is also essential.

This role is ideal for a pharmacy technician who is passionate about nurturing learners and celebrating their achievements.
