About the Position

We are in search of a Luxury Fragrance Consultant to represent our brand, with a genuine passion for luxury and a commitment to enhancing our business's future. This role is part-time, requiring 22.5 hours over three days per week.

Role Purpose

As a Luxury Fragrance Consultant for the House of Creed, you will be instrumental in maintaining the brand's esteemed reputation while providing an exceptional customer experience. Your main goal will be to share your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products, drive sales, and uphold the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Expertise: Cultivate an in-depth understanding of our brand, including fragrances, ingredients, and heritage, to effectively engage customers and boost sales.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and surpass sales objectives through proactive customer interactions and compelling storytelling about product features and benefits.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service to create unforgettable experiences and nurture brand loyalty.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that our retail environment reflects the luxury of our brand through impeccable presentation standards.
