We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Greenbean. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Business Development Managers in identifying and delivering future business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Support the business development team with account management and new opportunities
- Develop knowledge and understanding of our products, services, and client base
- Develop knowledge of key market sectors and industries
- Build and nurture key client relationships
- Identify and research business development opportunities and projects
- Communicate with new and existing customers at all levels
- Monitor and respond to business enquiries as required
- Assist BDM with small projects and handle until completion
- Maintain CRM with current and potential customers details and making sure information is up to date
- Organise, arrange and attend industry exhibitions, conferences and seminars
- Previous experience in a Sales Support related role
- Able to speak with new and existing customers at all levels
- Ability to cold call
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams/ Zoom, SharePoint and SalesForce
- Excellent customer service skills
