Job Title: Head of Commercial Finance Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial Finance Director to join our team at Hamilton Woods. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving and analyzing commercial performance across various business channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary finance liaison for Sales & Margin performance throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer to implement channel strategies and enhance overall performance.
  • Develop profit models, conduct in-depth reporting, and offer insights with detailed analysis and commentary.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing channel performance, such as profitability analysis and evaluating business models.
  • Partner with line commercial, reporting, and finance teams to ensure reporting is reliable, consistent, and follows a unified approach.
  • Enhance reporting by adding insights and analysis, including exception reporting, to improve management's understanding of performance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with relevant financial qualifications.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management and relationship building.
  • Strong ability to present data and insights to various audiences, including at the Executive level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
