Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead our commercial finance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and analyzing commercial performance, particularly on sales and margin optimization. The role will involve managing a team of qualified finance professionals and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Oversee the forecasting, budgeting, and target-setting processes for business channels.
- Financial Analysis: Act as the primary finance liaison for sales and margin performance throughout the organization.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer to implement channel strategies and enhance overall performance.
- Reporting and Insights: Develop profit models, conduct in-depth reporting, and offer insights with detailed analysis and commentary.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for enhancing channel performance, such as profitability analysis and evaluating business models.

Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience with relevant financial qualifications.
