The Team Lead will oversee a team of 10-14 Engineers, focusing on improving the operational efficiency of the Automation and Controls sector.

This role offers flexibility in location across the UK, with occasional travel to client locations and in-person collaboration with colleagues.

All applicants must successfully complete an HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum) or Master's degree (preferred) in a relevant engineering field or equivalent professional experience
  • Professional Engineer License or similar credentials are advantageous
