This role involves working closely with small groups of learners who are working towards plastering qualifications. You will have the opportunity to share your skills and pass on your knowledge to others, helping them to gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

We offer a supportive and inclusive environment, with a dedicated education department and fully functioning workshops. You will be fully supported by an experienced team and have access to training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality plastering training to learners
  • Assess and provide feedback to learners
  • Work closely with other members of the education team to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in plastering
  • Ability to work with learners of varying abilities and backgrounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
