Role Overview: We are in search of a dedicated, innovative, and seasoned Group Marketing Manager to spearhead our vibrant Group Marketing Team. This role is essential in enhancing brand recognition and driving revenue across our varied hotel portfolio while ensuring a cohesive and engaging guest experience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement extensive marketing strategies for our four hotels.
  • Boost brand visibility and customer loyalty through focused marketing campaigns.
  • Guide and develop a marketing team, which includes a full-time marketing executive and a part-time marketing assistant.
  • Design and oversee promotional campaigns for key hotel services: accommodations, dining, spa, weddings, meetings, and events.
  • Manage content creation across multiple platforms: social media, email, website, digital and traditional advertising, and print materials.
  • Oversee website enhancements to improve customer journey, booking processes, and revenue generation.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO and paid advertising strategies.
  • Administer the marketing budget and evaluate the ROI of significant campaigns.
  • Manage the email marketing system to ensure effective communication with guests.
  • Ensure brand consistency and maintain guest-friendly print materials across all hotels.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in a senior marketing position, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Educational background in marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and direct a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and data effectively.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and social media channels.
