Senior Marketing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team at Flat Fee Recruiter. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for providing pivotal leadership and implementing new strategies to support our continued success.
Our client is a specialist supplier and system integrator of commercial TVs, TV Systems, In-Room Entertainment, and other technology solutions across the UK and Ireland. They are a small but very successful and vibrant company, dealing with a wide variety of clients in the hospitality, healthcare, and retail sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Digital Marketing, preferably at least 2 years, with a strong knowledge of marketing strategies and campaign execution. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Search Console, AdWords, Mailchimp, and social media scheduling platforms is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and planning – research the B2B hospitality industry, competitors, and potential growth areas; propose a strategic plan of action for business growth through digital marketing campaigns.
- Website management – keep websites up-to-date with the latest products and services and ensure a fast and smooth experience for website users.
- Search Engine Optimisation – optimise our websites for SEO following SEO best practices; proactively research opportunities for SEO improvements and increase lead generation.
- Paid Media – manage Google Ads performance to increase lead generation while meeting the company’s budget; proactively research opportunities to increase lead generation through paid media.
- Email Marketing – plan and execute email marketing campaigns to maximise lead generation; target key accounts and potential growth segments on the market to generate enquiries and ROI.
- Social Media – plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation; create social media content, such as posts, blogs, videos, etc.
- Direct Marketing – research industry trade shows and networking events to attend; plan and execute pre and post-show marketing campaigns; design the stand; organise logistics of building and breakdown; and attend the show to support the sales team.
- Printed Media – plan, design, and print leaflets, brochures, business cards, and any other promotional collateral.
- Reporting – prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance in line with the company’s marketing budget and ROI.
- Proven relevant experience in Digital Marketing, preferably at least 2 years in B2B.
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Search Console, AdWords, Mailchimp, and social media scheduling platforms.
- A proactive, results-driven approach.
- Team management experience and the ability to allocate tasks that align to individual skill sets and strengths.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Copywriting ability.
- SEO knowledge and experience is essential.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Familiarity with graphic tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
