Join Our Team as a Senior Motorsport Technician

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to lead our sub assembly department. As a Senior Motorsport Technician, you will oversee the department responsible for building and maintaining race car sub-assemblies in our factory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Sub Assembly Department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Oversee the build and maintenance of race car sub-assemblies, including gearbox, differential, and suspension.
  • Supervise a team of technicians to complete work to specified deadlines.
  • Work closely with the planning team to implement continuous improvements in the assembly process.
  • Manage the team's workload to ensure deadlines are met and quality expectations are met.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar senior or supervisory role within Motorsport.
  • Exemplary knowledge of gearbox and motorsport sub-assemblies.
