Join Our Team as a Senior Motorsport Technician

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to lead our sub assembly department. As a Senior Motorsport Technician, you will oversee the department responsible for building and maintaining race car sub-assemblies in our factory. Your team will work closely with our planning team to ensure continuous improvements in the assembly process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall performance of the Sub Assembly Department, ensuring deadlines are met and quality expectations are met.
  • Oversee the maintenance and assembly of sub-assemblies, including gearbox, differential, and suspension.
  • Work closely with the planning team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Supervise a team of technicians to complete work to specified deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar senior or supervisory role within Motorsport.
  • Exemplary knowledge of gearbox and motorsport sub-assemblies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
